MXBON 105 is a high strength, instant bonding, and solvent free industrial Glue. It can be used for virtually any type of fastening job.
MXBON 105 is a single component that bonds almost all close-fitting smooth surfaces in seconds. It requires no mixing, no heating, and no clamping. It contains no solvent (the solvents have been distilled out), and is virtually non-toxic. Mxbon glue is environmentally safe, dries clear, and has only a mild odor. Mxbon glue is also non flammable.
HOW IT WORKS:
MXBON 105 polymerizes when pressed into a thin film. The very thin layer of water moisture present on most surfaces in combination with the absence of oxygen (an anaerobic bond) acts as an alkali, which is the catalyst that activates bonding.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply a small amount of MXBON 105 glue to the surface to be bonded (Usually one side). Lap them together to achieve a thin, uniform application. The thinner the glue application, the stronger the bond will be.
CARE AND STORAGE:
Mxbon Glues Will not dry up in container if kept open unlike other glues/adhesives! Avoid direct sunlight. Store in a cool; dry place. (20-25°C) (68-77°F).
(For long term storage, refrigeration or freezer is recommended - The glue will not freeze)
QUICK TIPS:
Use baking soda and a few drops of glue for an instant epoxy type filler.
Fill cracks, voids, holes, bridge gaps on plastic, composite, steel, wood, tile, ceramic, etc.
Mxbon glue can be used for small plumbing leaks (household etc).
Mxbon Glue can be used as a metal filler, and substitution for a wood putty.
The glue can also be used with shavings of various materials for matching color. For example: jewelry making (crushed stones to fill in cracks in turquoise, marble, and many other materials. Sawdust will also work with the adhesive as wood filler.
